Biomashin produces aseptic tanks with the following application:
- under aseptic filling for short storage;
- under aseptic storage for long time in warehouses;
- under aseptic transport for medium to long storage.
We design and produce aseptic tanks made of stainless steel that work under pressure or vacuum. Our aseptic tanks are produced in accordance with the European Directive PED 2014/68/EU. Due to its specificity, the tanks are produced with very high requirements towards design and surfaces, as well as the accompanying armature. The tanks are designed to be resistant to the large temperature fluctuations that they experience.

- Made of stainless steel AISI 304L or AISI 316L
- Surfaces in contact with the product Ra ≤ 0.8 µm
- Special safety armature
- High-hygiene sensors for control of the process
