Welding

The welding is core process in Biomashin. Thanks to our modern technology park, we managed to achieve over 90% automation. We have automatic welding machines for:

• Horizontal and vertical welding 

• Orbital welding 

• Simultaneously welding of serpentine 

Due to its specificity and responsibility, the welding process is subject to constant control in the company, including theoretical and practical testing of welders, various types of control of the welded joints and development of welding procedures.  The responsibility for the maintenance and evolution of the welding process is entrusted to a European Welding Engineer, who, together with his team and in close cooperation with authorized laboratories and notified body, is constantly working on its improvement.
