Beer is the oldest and most consumed beverage worldwide. It is the third most popular drink at all after water and tea.

Beer production involves the use of four natural resources – water, malt, hop, and yeast. Each of these raw materials has its own special features that combined with others in the technological process forms the character of various beer types.



After the process of fermentation, the end product should mature so that its aroma and taste characteristics are finally developed.

The fermentation process; however, continues at this phase although with much lower intensity. Therefore, a heat-exchanging device is necessary.

In most cases, such tanks are apparatuses working under pressure, which are an object under the European Directive for vessels working under pressure PED97/23/EU. Biomashin has the relative experience and knowledge, as well as the obligatory certification for design and production.
