Wine is produced through fermentation of crushed grapes by using different types of yeast. The yeast is fed by the sugar in the grapes and turns them into alcohol. Different sorts of grapes and yeast are used to produce a wide variety of exclusive wines.

These tanks are used to produce sparkling wines through various methods. The Sharmant method, called after the French wine producer Sharmant who is the first one to try it, secondary fermentation runs in large closed tanks under pressure. This method is much easier and quicker compared to the classic one in which the secondary fermentation runs in the bottles themselves.

Sparkle Wine – Fermentation tanks (Acratofors) are equipped with valve for reaching isobaric conditions and decanting valve which helps with the sediments removal.
